- Cod (dessalted) in chips1 kg
- coconut milk200 ml
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Sour cream200 ml
- Mashed Potato1.5 kg
- Cottage cheese200 ml
- Mozzarella400 g
- Olives (pitted) to taste
- in a pan put the oil to heat. Then add the onion, garlic and olive oil to brown.
- now add the shredded cod and add the parsley and pepper and let it cook for 5 minutes. After, add the coconut milk along with the cream.
