- Cod250 g
- Potato125 g
- Cassava (cassava)125 g
- Milk250 ml
- Green Scent (parsley and chives)15 g
- Black pepper, a pinch1 to taste
- Garlic30 g
- Olive oil to taste
- In a pressure cooker, place the potato and cassava together, cook until they break down for approximately 35 minutes.
- Wash the cod in running water to remove all the excess salt, in a casserole place the cod, 250 ml of milk and complete with water, boil for 20 to 25 min to desalt, theoretically it is enough to not need to add salt later and not have high blood pressure
- Finely chop the green smell as small as possible
- After cooking, peel the potatoes and mash them together with the cassava.
- Drain the cod well and shred
- Finely chop the garlic, in a pan add the garlic oil until golden.
- Mix everything and knead well with your hands.
- Form the dumplings with your hands or two spoons
- Fry until golden
- Eat crying, with lemon and tartar sauce...
