- Recipe
- Cod fillet600 g
- Chopped Garlic2 unit(s)
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Thyme0 to taste
- Olive oil5 tablespoon
- Season the cod fillets.
- Place each fillet on a piece of parchment paper, cover with small pieces of garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
- Do this with all the fillets and then close forming a little package.
- Take to bake in airfreyr at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Serve with baked potatoes or white rice and a salad.
