- Desalted Codfish500 g
- Potatoes boiled and passed in a sieve250 g
- Breadcrumbs3 tablespoon
- Chopped Parsley2 tablespoon
- Nutmeg0 to taste
- Salt and pepper0 to taste
- Olive oil for greasing the dumplings0 to taste
- Cook the codfish in water and then shred it.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and cod.
- In a bowl add all the ingredients and knead until smooth.
- With the help of a tablespoon, remove portions of the dough and shape the dumplings.
- Preheat airfreyr to 200 degrees and then grease the dumplings with olive oil and bake until golden.
- Serve warm with pepper sauce.
