- Green smell or coriander to taste
- Olive to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut the fillet into strips and in a pan add a drizzle of olive oil, add salt to taste and let it fry a little
- Add water little by little and let it cook until it is at the breaking point.
- Cook the potatoes and eggs and let them cool. Then peel them and cut them into slices.
- Cut the peppers into strips (remove the seeds), the tomatoes and onion into slices and chop the parsley or coriander
- Assembling the salad in layers, suggested sequence: potato, egg, onion, red pepper, yellow pepper, tomato and fish
