- Cod in flakes and desalted500 g
- Chopped olives1/2 cup
- Potatoes1 kg
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Milk300 ml
- Canned cream1 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Salt to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Mozzarella100 g
- Peel and cut the potatoes into slices and pre-boil them. Don't let them get mushy! Run the water and book.
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic. Leave until it starts to brown.
- Add the codfish, add the olives, a pinch of black pepper and sauté for a few minutes. Turn off the heat and add the green smell. Reserve.
- In the blender, beat the milk, cream, cottage cheese and grated cheese. Add a pinch of salt and nutmeg.
- In a refractory, pour a little cream and make a layer of potatoes.
- Cover with half of the cod.
- Add a little more cream, another layer of potatoes and the rest of the cod. Pour the rest of the cream.
- Cover with mozzarella and take to preheated oven at 200°, until golden.
