- Put 1 strand of extra virgin olive oil in a pan about 4 whole garlic cloves fresh basil leaves 1 thyme twig 1 rosemary twig and leave this oil on very low heat until you get the flavor of the herbs then I put the cod in this oil then put it in a form and reserve! Then I put the tomato and peppers, then the potato (previously cooked) the onions pepper, I put it all in a pan, I throw the rest of the oil, I put the olive and I take it to the oven very low so the cod doesn't dry out
- Obs: the desalted cod is removed all the salt for 3 days in the fridge we always change the water for another cold one.
