- Sliced garlic4 unit(s)
- Diced raw ham150 g
- Olive oil1 cup
- Parsley to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Cut the onion into thin slices and sauté in half a cup of olive oil for 5 minutes. Add the chopped garlic and mix well. Add the raw ham, the bay leaf and let it cook until all the liquid that has come out of the onion evaporates, approximately 10 minutes. At this point, add the cod and season with salt and pepper. Leave on medium heat until the liquid that came out of the cod is reduced by half. Lower the heat. Beat the eggs and add to the cod and stir gently until creamy. Add the parsley, drizzle with the rest of the oil. Your recipe is ready to serve!
