- Potato500 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Small bell pepper1 unit(s)
- Green Olives to taste
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Garlic and salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Color2 tablespoon
- Clean and soak the cod for 3 days, changing the water twice a day.
- Chop and shred the cod, removing all its spine. Sauté the cod in a pan, with the garlic, salt, coloral, parsley and olive oil.
- Peel and cook the potatoes for 5 minutes or until al dente.
- In a container place the cod already sautéed and chop the potatoes on top. Then garnish with tomato, onion, olives, pepper and olive oil on top. If desired, bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
