  • Potatoes5 unit(s)
  • Sliced Peppers1 unit(s)
  • Tomato slices1 unit(s)
  • Olives150 g
  • Eggs (optional)3 unit(s)
  • Onion slices2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Chumichurry to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parsley or cilantro and chives100 g
  1. Desalt the cod I always leave it to soak overnight then change the water
  2. Drain the cod and peel and cut the potatoes into slices, put them to cook with a little salt and cook the eggs too.
  3. Peel the eggs, take a refractory that can go in the oven, drizzle with olive oil, make a layer of potatoes, another of peppers, tomato, one of cod, and then another of tomato, pepper and onion, finish with the olives, the eggs parsley, and seasonings and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Put the optional aluminum foil in the oven for about 40 min at 180 degrees and it's ready!
