- Cod fillet500 g
- Whole milk500 ml
- Potatoes500 g
- Black olive to taste
- Onion to taste
- Blonde to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Remember to desalt your codfish and cook it in milk with bay leaf until it boils, after boiling leave it for another 5 minutes.
- Remove the codfish from the milk and shred it, use the milk to make the potato puree, make your puree as you prefer, but remember to leave a good consistency.
- Mix the shredded cod with the onion and raw garlic, make a cod hide in a baking dish, place the cod underneath and the puree on top, place the olives on top and bake at 200° for 25 minutes and don't forget to give a gratin.
