- Cod, desalted and cleaned500 g
- Large Potatoes8 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Onion and garlic1 to taste
- Seasonings1 to taste
- Milk1/4 cup
- Olive200 g
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Mozzarella300 g
- Peel and cook the potatoes with little salt
- Mash the potatoes and make a puree with the butter and milk.
- Put the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onion with the oil, add the shredded cod and sauté a little with the other seasonings of your choice, put the sliced aseitonas
- Line the bottom of a platter with half of the puree and place the cod on top, cover with the rest of the puree and smooth to look nice and neat.
- Cover well with the mozzarella and take it to the oven for about 25 minutes to brown.
