- Clean the crabs well, as you see fit.
- In a large pan, sauté some of the spices. Start by putting the oil, pounded garlic and paprika, make a bed with half of the chopped spices. Put the crabs. And put the rest of the seasonings on top.
- Now add water to cover the crabs, wait for it to boil and correct the salt if necessary.
- The longer it cooks, the better it is so the meat inside will loosen more easily.
- Then it's up to you, you can make a white rice and a mush to go with it.
