- In a pan or high skillet, sauté with olive oil in the following order: 1) Onion in brunoise 2) Red and yellow peppers, diced 3) Diced seedless tomato 4) Chopped garlic 5) Shredded crab
- After the stir-fry, add the tomato paste, coconut milk and palm oil. Cook over medium heat until obtaining a homogeneous mixture without liquids. Finish with cilantro to taste.
- Pour the mixture into molds, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 15 minutes to brown.
