  • Lemon juice2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper1 coffee spoon
  • Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
  • Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Slices of bread6 unit(s)
  • Milk1 cup
  • Green Smell1/2 cup
  • Cognac1 cup
  • Gems4 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Breadcrumbs2 cup
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Grated cheese for gratin crabs2 unit(s)
  1. Season the crab with lemon juice and pepper and let it rest for approximately 30 minutes. Sauté the butter or margarine with the garlic and onion. Add the bread soaked with milk, green smell and crab meat, let it settle. Add the rest and stuff the prepared crab shells in a square baking dish. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs, put a piece of butter on top. Preheated oven with temperature at 250 degrees, place the roast in the oven and let it brown. Serve immediately. Note: the butter on top of the flour makes it make the crab shell more golden in less time.
