- Shredded crab meat500 g
- Large chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Grated large carrot1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Butter100 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese200 g
- Breadcrumbs6 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Sour cream1/2 cup
- Salt, parsley and chili sauce to taste

- In a large pan, heat the butter and add the chopped onion.
- As soon as the onion withers, put the garlic, crab meat, grated carrot, tomato and let it sauté well
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the lemon juice and coconut milk and place in the pan to thicken
- Add salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of grated cheese.
- Remove the pan from the heat and add the cream.
- Distribute in the shells, sprinkle the grated coconut on the sides and the grated cheese in the center of each shell.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180° and leave until browned.
