  • Crab10 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Coriander to taste
  • Chopped bell pepper1 unit(s)
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Cumin to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Coconut milk500 ml
  • Cassava Flour to taste
  1. Kill the crabs. Using thermal shock in ice water, or stabbing with a knife close to the eyes.
  2. Wash well under running water, if you wish, you can shave the paws.
  3. Take it in a pan to cook covered with water and all the seasonings, except the coconut milk.
  4. Cook around 40 minutes.
  5. Add the coconut milk and cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Separate the broth and using cassava flour to taste make a pirão.
