- Rice cooked in garlic and oil to taste
- Shrimp500 g

- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Pepper1 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Corn1 can(s)
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Ketchup1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Coalho cheese, cubed to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Salt to taste
- Saffron to taste
- In a heated pan, place the garlic and onion and let it brown, then add the tomato, pepper, corn and carrot and let it sugar add the seasonings of your preference, also the saffron and salt. Add the cleaned and pre-cooked shrimp and also the rice, then add the mayonnaise, ketchup, cottage cheese and cream. Add the mozzarella cheese and the rennet. Shake well! If you need to add water, it will be ready when it has a very creamy consistency. Enjoy your food!
