- In a pan put the olive oil and sauté the onion, tomato and bell pepper.
- Add the shrimp seasoned with salt and let it gold.
- Wait for the stuffing to cool down and make the pate by beating it in a blender. Add: milk, buffalo mozzarella, cream and chopped chestnut.
- Once the filling is ready, it's time to prepare the dough: beat the 2 egg whites and the yolk with the tapioca gum and a pinch of salt until everything dissolves.
- To assemble the crepioca, spread the dough in a greased skillet so it doesn't stick. When the dough releases from the bottom of the skillet, turn to fry the other side.
