- 1 pack of litapia to taste
- Lemon2 to taste
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Wheat flour1/5 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Crushed garlic to taste
- Season the fish with salt, garlic and pepper, set aside, mix the wheat flour with the cornmeal. Bread the fish and fry in hot oil.
