- Cut the fish into 6 pieces, then mash the garlic and coriander and add the salt and lemon juice in a frying pan, thus seasoning the fish.
- Then set it aside to taste for 1/2 hour.
- Cut the tomato and onion into cubes, putting it together with the already seasoned fish, then add the coconut milk and palm oil.
- In any part of the pan put the pepper to taste
- Cook for 15 minutes later and only serve while still hot with rice.
