- Small Peraputanga fish already cleaned2 unit(s)
- Chives1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chop the parsley, cilantro and chives, place in a blender and add half a glass of water and salt to taste to make the green broth.
- Chop the onion and peppers and reserve.
- Grease the inside of the fish with olive oil, spread the green broth and add the chopped onion and peppers.
- Sprinkle green smell over the fish and place on the grill.
- Wrap the grill (not the fish, otherwise it will stick) with aluminum foil and place on the grill to roast for approximately 40 minutes. Remove the foil and follow until golden on the outside and cooked on the inside. Enjoy your food!
