Seasoned hake fillet

Doure os filés de merluza em uma frigideira com azeite e depois reserve.

Brown the hake fillets in a frying pan with olive oil and then set aside.

Na mesma panela, acrescente mais um fio de azeite e doure a banana cortada em rodelas. Tempere com sal e pimenta-do-reino.

In the same pan, add another drizzle of olive oil and brown the sliced banana. Season with salt and pepper.

Em um refratário que possa ir ao forno, coloque a merluza grelhada, depois e banana e o molho bechamel.

In an ovenproof dish, place the grilled hake, then the banana and the béchamel sauce.

Finalize com queijo mussarela e leve ao forno por 15 minutos.

Finish with mozzarella cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
