- Bechamel sauce500 ml
- Brown the hake fillets in a frying pan with olive oil and then set aside.
- In the same pan, add another drizzle of olive oil and brown the sliced banana. Season with salt and pepper.
- In an ovenproof dish, place the grilled hake, then the banana and the béchamel sauce.
- Finish with mozzarella cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
