  • Panko Flour2 cup
  • Wheat Flour1 cup
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Ground garlic2 unit(s)
  • Onion Powder2 teaspoon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dehydrated parsley2 teaspoon
  • egg2 unit(s)
  • Oil for frying to taste
  1. Cut the dogfish into large strips, just removing the cartilage.
  2. Season with lemon, garlic, salt, pepper and dried parsley, set aside.
  3. beat the eggs set aside.
  4. mix wheat flour and onion powder, set aside.
  5. Place the Panko flour on a plate to coat.
  6. Coat each piece of dogfish, first passing through the flour, then by the beaten eggs and, finally, by the Panko flour.
  7. Fry in hot oil and drain on paper towels. Sauce suggestion, tarte with cream cheese.
