- Dogfish in slices 1.5 kg1 unit(s)
- Banana, cut into slices3 unit(s)
- Large onion2 unit(s)
- Large tomato2 unit(s)
- Red Pepper1 unit(s)
- Green pepper1 unit(s)
- Yellow pepper1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Coconut milk500 ml
- Palm oil200 ml
- Green Spice to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Season the dogfish steaks with lemon, salt and black pepper and let it rest for 2 hours.
- In a clay pot, put some palm oil and spread it all over the pot. Saute the garlic.
- Make a small layer of onion, tomato and green pepper.
- Add the dogfish and plantains and top with another layer of onion, tomato and peppers.
- Add all the coconut milk, the rest of the palm oil and cover the pan.
- Once it boils, wait 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle the chopped green smell.
- Serve with white rice and dendê farofa.
