- Dogfish slices500 g
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Palm oil5 tablespoon
- Chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Green pepper strips1 unit(s)
- Red pepper strips1 unit(s)
- Chopped and seedless chili pepper1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon juice to taste
- Sliced tomato2 unit(s)
- Season the fish with lemon, salt and black pepper. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
- Sauté the finger pepper, onion and garlic in palm oil.
- Arrange the fish slices in the pan, forming a layer.
- Make another layer now with green, red peppers and tomatoes.
- Alternate layers between fish and vegetables.
- Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the coconut milk, cover the pan again and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Adjust the salt.
- Serve with white rice.
