- Coriander to taste

- Colorau to taste
- Palm oil to taste
- Coconut milk to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Season the fish with salt and lemon.
- Cut the peppers, onion and tomato into slices. Make layers interspersing fish tomato, onion and pepper.
- Smell green, drizzle with olive oil over medium heat.
- When cooked, if desired, add palm oil and coconut milk.
- Finish with green smell and adjust the salt. Serve with white rice and fried plantains.
