- Sardines with raw bones (or any other fish of your choice)1 kg

- Lemon Juice1/2 cup
- Vinegar1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Alfalfa leaves4 unit(s)

- Salt to taste
- Lemon Pepper Seasoning to taste
- Dehydrated Fried Garlic to taste
- Wheat1 cup
- I put the fish with bones in the pressure cooker, with the oil, lemon, alcohol vinegar, salt to taste, basil leaves and water until the fish is covered. Close the pan and bring to a boil.
- After the pressure, leave it for another 20 minutes with the fire on, then turn it off and wait until all the pressure comes out.
- Remove the fish and reserve the broth to later make a fish mush
- Mash the fish well using a fork, add the eggs, add fried garlic and lemon pepper and mix again.
- Add the flour little by little until you make the balls. (if you feel the need add more salt).
- To make the dumplings I used two tablespoons to shape.
- Fry in very hot oil until golden brown.
