- Salmon fillet500 g
- parsley or chives to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Soy sauce (shoyu)3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Lemon wedges for garnish to taste
- Dip the salmon in lemon juice
- Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil to cover the fish.
- On aluminum foil, place the fish seasoned with salt and lemon. Drizzle with olive oil and shoyu
- Sprinkle with parsley, oregano and garnish with lemon slices.
- Wrap the fish so that the sauce does not leak and put it in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve with any accompaniment you like :)
