- Tilapia400 g
- arugula to taste
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Cucumber1 unit(s)
- Red Onion1 unit(s)
- Peanut4 tablespoon
- Cherry tomato4 tablespoon
- Shoyu100 ml
- Rice (optional)2 cup
- Cut the fish into cubes, season with salt, lemon, black pepper and leave to marinate in the fridge
- Meanwhile cut the vegetables (red onion into half moons, grate the carrot, cut the tomatoes in half, and the cucumber into thin slices)
- Assemble a bowl with a layer of rice which is optional if you prefer to make just salad, a layer of arugula and finish with the vegetables and marinated fish
- Serve with shoyu and finish with peanuts
