Baby carrots1 pound
medium red onions/cut into pieces2 unit(s)
Lemon1 unit(s)
Italian seasoning1 teaspoon
Red pepper flakes1 to taste
Kosher sea salt1 to taste
Split oil1/2 tablespoon
Salmon fillet4 unit(s)

Preheat oven to 450°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the vegetables and lemon wedges to the prepared tray.
Sprinkle with the seasonings, freshly squeezed lemon juice and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Gently toss to cover everything.
Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave a space for the salmon fillets.
Drizzle with the remaining oil and season to taste.
Bake at 450°F for 10-12 minutes, or until salmon is flaky and vegetables are tender.
