- Italian seasoning1 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes1 to taste
- Kosher sea salt1 to taste
- Split oil1/2 tablespoon
- Salmon fillet4 unit(s)
- Preheat oven to 450°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the vegetables and lemon wedges to the prepared tray.
- Sprinkle with the seasonings, freshly squeezed lemon juice and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Gently toss to cover everything.
- Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and leave a space for the salmon fillets.
- Drizzle with the remaining oil and season to taste.
- Bake at 450°F for 10-12 minutes, or until salmon is flaky and vegetables are tender.
- Finish with squeezed lemon.
