- Coconut Milk1 unit(s)
- Seasonings to taste
- Season the hake fillet to taste.
- Clean the prawns and set aside.
- I sautéed the garlic and salt in olive oil, put the peppers, onion and tomato. I let it cook for about 5 minutes.
- I added my coloral, cury and oregano seasonings.
- I added my hake fillet, plus half a cup of tomato paste. And 500ml of water.
- I let it settle and after 10 minutes I added the shrimp.
- After 10 minutes I added the coconut milk, left it for another 5 minutes. I finished with a green scent!
