- Cashew nuts100 g
- Roasted peanuts without shell100 g
- Ready-made farofa200 g
- Butter100 g
- Green smell to taste
- Finely chop the peanuts and cashews (I put them in the mixer and leave some larger pieces for crunchiness).
- Melt the butter and brush some of the butter into a pan to grease.
- Season the fish fillets and place in the greased pan, brush the top of the fillets with melted butter.
- In a bowl mix the peanuts, chestnuts, farofa and chopped green scent
- Cover the fillets well with this mixture and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
