- Garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Coriander2 tablespoon
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Standard Minas cheese, or parmesaot3/4 cup
- Palm oil2 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs4 tablespoon
- Bread without crust (slice)5 unit(s)

- In a bowl, place the tilapia fillets and season with salt, black pepper and lemon, leave in the seasoning for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the fish and marinade to a pan, cover and cook over low heat until the fish is tender.
- When the fish fillets are already cooked, transfer them to a plate or bowl and shred them on the tip of the fork, keeping all the cooking water.
- In the same pan as the fish, heat the palm oil and the olive oil. In it, brown the onion, as soon as it starts to brown, add the garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Crumble the loaves very small with your hands and set aside in a bowl.
- Add the fish, the bread and the finely chopped chili pepper to the stew, taste and adjust the salt. Add as much water as you need until the fish and bread integrate and form together a dough similar to a pie filling. Finish with the chopped coriander.
- Grease a refractory with butter and transfer the dough. If you prefer, place in ramekins or shells.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the finely grated cheese and sprinkle over the fake crab shell. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for approximately 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
