- Farfalle500 g
- red onion1 unit(s)
- white wine1/4 cup
- Sicilian lemon2 unit(s)
- fresh cream1 l
- grated parmesan cheese70 g
- seasoning to taste0 to taste
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Season the salmon with salt, pepper and a little smoked paprika. Place the salmon in the oven and leave for 30 minutes. (Once ready, take out the splinters)
- Put water in a large pot to boil. After boiling, add salt and put the pasta to cook.
- In a skillet, add a little oil and fry the onion. Once golden, add the white wine.
- As soon as the white wine evaporates, lower the heat and add the cream.
- Warm the lemon juice and put it in the cream. Stir and season to taste.
- Once ready, drain the pasta and put it in the pan with the sauce. Add the Parmesan and mix well.
- Add the salmon flakes and mix carefully.
