- Diced Fresh Salmon400 g

- Fresh cream300 ml
- Chopped Celery1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Chopped Girl's Finger Pepper1 teaspoon
- Water2 l
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Start by bringing the water to a boil. Once it boils, add 1 tablespoon of salt. Put the pasta to cook for 12 minutes. Reserve half a cup of the cooking water. Meanwhile, in a pan, place the oil, celery and onion to sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the salmon. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes. Add the fresh cream, the zest of the rind and the juice of a lemon and let it reduce by half. Add the girl's finger pepper and check salt and pepper. Add the farfalle and half a cup of the pasta cooking water. It's ready to serve 😋😋
