- Tilapia fillet1 kg
- Crushed Garlic2 unit(s)
- Salt0 to taste
- Lemon Juice20 ml
- Potatoes in 3 cm slices600 g
- Sour cream400 g
- Cup cream cheese1 unit(s)
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Salt0 to taste
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Sliced Mozzarella200 g
- Cook the potatoes for five minutes in boiling water and set aside.
- Season the fish fillets with salt, garlic and lemon juice and set aside.
- Mix the cream of milk, cottage cheese, kingdom pepper, olive oil and correct the salt of that sauce.
- On a platter place a layer of potatoes and fish, another layer of potatoes and sauce, cover with Mozzarella.
- Bake at 200 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
- Serve warm with white rice.
