- Fettuccine250 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 cup
- Shelled shrimp180 g
- Fresh Sliced Mushrooms100 g
- Sour cream200 ml
- In a pan add 500ml of water and a spoon full of salt, let it boil, as soon as it boils add the pasta, cook according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve some of the water.
- In a frying pan add a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the diced onion and beaten garlic. 3’ then add the mushrooms and shrimp
- Add the cream and let it boil for 3 minutes, add the gorgonzola and let it melt. If necessary, add a little of the previously reserved pasta water.
- Serve with cooked pasta and sauce. Finish with black pepper and parsley leaves to taste.
