- Shrimp1 kg
- Fettuccine500 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Parsley to taste
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- White wine1 cup
- Grill the shrimp - divide the shrimp into 3 portions.
- Heat the skillet well, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a squeezed garlic clove for each portion.
- Grill the shrimp in 3 portions, each for 2.5 minutes, turning the shrimp after 1 minute and 15 seconds to evenly grill the parts.
- Separate the grilled shrimp and leave it in the skillet with the remaining garlic and oil.
- Heat the pasta water until it boils. Add salt to taste or until it tastes like sea water.
- Place the Fettuccine and observe the cooking time on the package
- Remove the fettuccine and drain the water
- Using the skillet still with the remains of garlic from the shrimp frying, place 2 tablespoons of butter over low heat, melt the butter and pour the pasta along with the shrimp.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 cup of white wine and mix the dough well for 1 minute. Add the parsley after stirring and just serve.
