- Tilapia fillet800 g
- Cherry tomatoes2 cup
- Chopped Garlic3 unit(s)
- salt, pepper, chimichury, to taste
- half a lemon to season the fillets1 unit(s)
- olive oil to taste
- Season the fillets with salt, pepper and half a lemon. Reserve .
- Put the tomatoes in a refractory that can go in the oven or in the air frayer. Season with salt, pepper, chumichurri, place the garlic in slices and cover with olive oil. Take it to the oven or air frayer at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Grill the fillets in a non-stick frying pan greased with olive oil. Let it gold on both sides.
- Assembly: Place the fillets on the plate and cover with the confit tomato, garlic and drizzle with olive oil. It's perfect!!
