- Fillet of Traira600 g
- soybean oil2 cup
- crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- squeezed lemon1/2 unit(s)
- salt1 to taste
- wheat flour1 cup
- In a bowl put garlic and salt and lemon then clean fish, leave for 10 to 15 minutes until all seasoning is gone.
- In a plate put the wheat flour and pass the fish.
- In a deep frying pan, place the soy oil and let it heat up, when it is at a temperature for frying, add the fish and fry one by one.
- Serve with squeezed lemon and salad.
