- Corvina in slices1 kg
- Cleaned and peeled shrimp500 g
- Garlic Clove8 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Onion slices1 unit(s)
- Sliced Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Sliced bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Fresh coriander1/2 cup
- Tomato Extract2 tablespoon
- Season the croaker doors with 3 crushed garlic cloves, salt and black pepper to taste and the juice of 1 lemon. Reserve.
- Season the cleaned shrimp with 2 cloves of crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Reserve.
- In a saucepan place the oil and 3 crushed garlic cloves to brown. Add the tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, tomato paste and coconut milk. Add the croaker and prawns. Add water until all the fish is covered. Gently mix and cook for 10 minutes. Correct salt if necessary. Add the fresh cilantro and cook for another 5 minutes.
