  • Tomato sauce30 g
  • Olive Oil40 g
  • Dedé Olive Oil30 g
  • Coconut milk800 ml
  • Knorr Professional Sea Delights Broth25 g
  • Hake fillet1 kg
  • Cleaned shrimp300 g
  • Onion180 g
  • Tomato180 g
  • Coriander to taste
  1. Cut the central part of the peppers into slices and with the tips, cut into cubes and set aside.
  2. In a pan add water and when it boils, add Knorr Tomato Base, mix well.
  3. another pan, add the olive oil and palm oil and brown 1 onion, add the diced peppers, sauté for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the tomato sauce and coconut milk and reduce the heat, let it cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Then, process this base until it becomes a homogeneous sauce.
  6. . In a container, season the fish and shrimp with Knorr Professional Sea Delights Broth.
  7. In a moqueca pan, start by adding a ladle of the sauce, followed by the fish fillets and slices of peppers, onion and tomato.
  8. Finish with the remaining sauce and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, add the shrimp and cook for another 4 minutes and finish.
