- Curimbatá fish cuts to taste
- Cornmeal to taste
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Bahia seasoning to taste
- Syrian Pepper to taste
- Cumin powder to taste
- Oil to taste
- Cut the fish into medium strips, and separate in a bowl, place the 2 lemon grooves, add all the spices
- Reserve this mixture, and let it marinate for a few minutes, for greater concentration of the fish seasoning.
- Once reserved, grease the fish baits in cornmeal, and fry in a pan with oil, until golden.
- Serve the strips/pieces of fish, with sliced lemons
