- Cooked and shredded tilapia fillet3 tablespoon
- Green onions to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Corn flour1 tablespoon
- Cook the potatoes in a pot of water.
- Once cooked, remove them from the pan and peel them. Mash with a fork.
- Finely chop the green onion.
- Mix cooked and shredded tilapia, mashed potatoes, chives, oil and salt.
- Make a croquette shape with your hands.
- Finish by passing the croquette in the corn flour and take it to a non-stick shape.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes.
