  • Knorr Professional White Bechamel Sauce60 g
  • Curry10 g
  • Olive Oil40 g
  • Minced garlic10 g
  • Sliced red onion50 g
  • Sliced bell pepper (can be colored)80 g
  • Chopped carrot80 g
  • Pumpkin250 g
  • Oxtail fillet1 kg
  • Knorr Professional Sea Delights Broth25 g
  • Coriander to taste
  1. In a pan, add the coconut milk, mix with the Knorr Professional White Bechamel Sauce and the curry, heat, boiling for 1 minute.
  2. The white sauce will help the coconut milk become creamier. Set aside.
  3. In another pan, add the olive oil, sauté the garlic and sliced red onion. Add the bell pepper and carrot and, lastly, the pumpkin. Sauté for 2
  4. Add the reserved mixture and then the sea bass fillets in pieces, Knorr Professional Sea Delights Broth.
  5. Cook for 8 minutes and finish with chopped coriander.
