  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Wheat250 g
  • Cornmeal250 g
  • Oil to taste
  • Clean shrimp500 g
  • Garlic5 unit(s)
  • Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onions2 unit(s)
  • Coriander1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Water1 cup
  • Wheat2 dessert spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Colorau to taste
  1. Season the fish fillets with salt, garlic and lemon.
  2. Combine the wheat with the cornmeal and mix well. Coat the fillets in this mixture.
  3. Fry in oil at moderate temperature.
  4. Place on a platter and reserve.
  5. Fry the garlic in the oil.
  6. Put the coloring.
  7. Put the shrimp to sauté 2 minutes.
  8. Add the salt, oil and the rest of the seasonings.
  9. Add 1 cup of water and let it cook for another 3 minutes.
  10. Put the wheat to thicken and it's ready.
  11. Pour over the fillets and serve.
