- Recipe
- White wine400 ml
- Fish fillet (your choice)6 unit(s)
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Fine herbs to taste
- Specific seasoning for fish to taste
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- cheddar cheese200 g
- Salt to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Leave the fish to marinate in 200 ml of white wine, along with the seasonings to taste for 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, on to the sauce! Add the butter and cornstarch in a pan over medium heat, and when everything is diluted, add the milk. The secret is to put the already dissolved starch (you can do this by adding water and mixing in a container before adding it to the pan).
- Add cheeses, salt and seasonings to taste.
- Add the rest of the white wine and stir until it thickens.
- In another pan, add oil and place the fish fillets to sauté together with the liquid that was marinating. Let it cook for about 10 minutes.
- To serve, place the fillet in individual portions and pour some sauce on top!
